-Did I mention in the winter I love dressing like a bum. I've accepted the fact that it's too cold to dress cute in the winter. Half of the time we're wearing our whole closet to stay warm, or we're freezing for the sake of fashion. Tonight was one of those "I'm not freezing in this 10 degree weather" nights for the sake of seeing Solange perform in New York. This post is REALLY old, but I forgot I had the pics and they NEED to be shown. For those of you that don't follow Solange, you are truly missing out. She had a concert where tickets were only $20 for her new album entitled True. The concert was definitely worth my money and more! I think Solange did an excellent job and I've grown to love her. She has really developed into her own identity with her wild risk taking fashion of mixing prints and odd colors from different cultures around the world that have influenced her. Her new album is funky like her fashion and seems of it's own genre. Picture new age soul funk with a hint of old school. I went to her concert in these Amazing tapered trousers I found at H&M. They are Super comfortable and affordable. I also am in lOVe with my new suede point toe heels from Kenneth Cole. I will be rocking these all spring and summer!
