Fried Oreos

-Frozen Double Stuffed Oreos (for better results)
-Pancake Mix (the just add water version)
-Cooking Oil

(Cook Time: 3 Mins)

Start by adding some oil in a pan, about 2- 3inches, and cooking it on med- low
1. In a mixing bowl, add your pancake mix and water
2. Add your Oreos (Up to 3 or 4 at a time, depending on how big your bowl is). But make sure to flip the cookie on both sides in the batter so that it's completely saturated
3. Scoop out your cookies, one by one and carefully place in the frying pan
4. Start to turn over your cookies after 45 sec- 1 min or when you notice the edges turning golden
Repeat step 4 to cook the other side and immediately take out when done to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

~Bon Appetit!

*For better indulgence, eat with Cookies and Cream ice cream
-As a final farewell to summer, I decided to share this dessert which always makes me reminisce being at a carnival. To get fried oreos in my town is not that convenient, considering it would be a 40 minute drive. So what does that mean when I'm CRAVING them?!?! I could either drive 40 minutes up and another 40 minutes back or I could make my own. Very simple recipe and nice for if you're having a lazy day with the girls or with your boo watching film noirs. Let me know if these steps were easy as I tried to make them as simple as possible and enjoy!!
