Tilapia Stuffed Crab

-Boneles Tilapia
-Can of Crabmeat
-Bread Crumbs
-Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing (optional)
-Fresh Peppers

 1. Rinse tilapia and season (I use fresh squeezed lemons, onion and garlic salt and powder) Place on a baking pan
SN: Meat taste much better when it can marinate either for a couple of hours or a day
 2. Drain crab meat and empty contents into a bowl
 3. Add your bread crumbs, mayonnaise, ranch, and sweet vidalia Onion dressing into the bowl
SN: If you don't have bread crunbs, double toast a couple slices of bread and break apart in a blender. Add garlic salt/ powder and Italian seasoning
 4. Rinse and pat dry spinach
 5. Mince (cut very fine)
 6. Add with crabmeat and blend ingredients

 7. Cut up 2 garlic cloves
 8. Cut and dice 1/4 of an onion
 9. Rinse and cut 1/4 of a pepper
 10. Cut the peppers into strips
 11. Cover your tilapia with the cut peppers, onions, and garlic

12. Take a spoonful of your crab mixture and place it in your hands

 13. Pat the mixture as if to form a patty

 14. Place onto the tilapia and add as much crab mixture as you want. (I did 2 tablespoons per tilapia)
 15. Place in the oven and broil on 325 degrees for about 30-40 mins.
SN: Place over a bead of rice and top off with warm Alfredo Sauce
