Smoothie Time

Ingredients:
-3 or 4 Bananas ( the older the sweeter)
-1 Mango Diced
-1/2 Cantaloupe Diced
-Vanilla Almond Milk or Vanilla Yogurt
-Ice
 
 
1. Combine all diced fruit, ice, and milk or yogurt
 
2. Blend
 
3. Enjoy

As much as I love breakfast, sometimes my stomach doesn't agree with me in the wee hours of the morning or sometimes I'm in a rush and don't have time to cook a meal. But I've learned that skipping breakfast only turns me into a grumpy witch. So I started making a juice at night and refrigerating it until the morning so I never have to miss breakfast again. To break up the manotony sometimes I'll switch out the fruits or add spinach.

P.S: If you're sick, try blending garlic gloves and honey with fruit, minus any milk or yogurt.
